Promising review: " I wanted to reduce stress and nail down some habits, and I've always done better when I can see progress tangibly. There's even an activity at the beginning to help you brainstorm habits to track, and each month starts with a themed page (for example, "sleep," "gratitude," and "finances") with some words of wisdom and a suggested habit to try. This bestselling wonder is by Free Period Press, a queer- and woman-owned business that makes adorable stickers and paper goods! It's also made from recycled paper to help you achieve your resolution of living a lil' more sustainably. Get it from Amazon for $8.58+, Target for $8.58, or Bookshop (to support local booksellers) for $15.63. Furthermore, it's reorganized my way of thinking. Tidying up has allowed me to reorganize my house into a space that I now actually like. Inspired, I immediately went to work, implementing her suggestions, and honestly can't believe the difference. I read this book in one sitting and found her stories of how she became a consultant delightful. After watching the author on her most recent Netflix show, however, my interest was piqued. I've always had a bit of a minimalist attitude - I'd make trips to donate unused items and gifts and spend for need (not wants) mostly, and I am fairly organized. ![]() ![]() She told me how it would change everything, but at the time, I didn't really think I needed it.
